    DISCOVER - Remember the thrill of uncovering new knowledge? As we grow, that excitement often fades, replaced by the fear of judgment. What if you could reignite that spark?

    You will unlock your potential with insights from The Six Types of Working Genius framework, helping you identify and discover what work brings you joy and fulfillment.

    DEVELOP - Just like a masterpiece, personal growth requires time and the right tools. Embrace new concepts and revisit old ones to build the person you aspire to be.

    We will engage in reflection practices to enrich and develop your personal growth and participate in a creative cooperative board game (Pandemic) to foster collaboration and community.

    DREAM- Whether you’re naturally imaginative or need a gentle push, dreaming opens doors to a life filled with possibilities.

    Together, we’ll explore leadership through rhythm by learning to play an instrument and crafting a musical routine with fellow participants. This experience will help you dream bigger and see how creative expression can be woven into your daily life, opening up new ways to lead and inspire.
